ExtraFit wider calf fitting of the iconic Dubarry Galway leather country boot, a warm, waterproof and breathable staple for country-lovers. Made with DryFast-DrySoft leather and lined with GORE-TEX, they have extremely comfortable and shock absorbing soles ideal for crossing rough and wet terrain. Available in contrasting colours and materials, the Galway boot looks great with trousers or a skirt and will see you from muddy country walks, to a smart day at the races, festivals and beyond. Delivery and Returns

Our cut off for processing an order is 1pm, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please note any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

If an item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to inform you and to resolve your order.

Small Print

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery (including Saturdays) on all UK postcodes. Track your order once it has been dispatched. Photo proof on delivery and a signature may sometimes be required. Sundays are not included in this service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Royal Mail tracked 48 aims for a 2–3 working day delivery timeframe (including Saturdays) on all UK postcodes. Track your order once it has been dispatched. Photo proof on delivery and a signature may sometimes be required. Sundays are not included in this service.

Parcel Force Express 24 – Parcel Force Express 24 aims for next working day delivery (does not include Saturdays or Sundays) on all UK postcodes. Fully trackable service requiring a signature on delivery.

Please note that on rare occasions unforeseen delivery delays can occur with Royal Mail/Parcel Force (e.g. bad weather, increased demand, local area delays) and the above delivery time frames are not guaranteed.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We are not able to refund any return postage charges, but we will send any exchange items free of charge to UK Mainland.

We will not refund or offer an exchange on orders that have been altered or made to measure.

All returned items must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form. You can download a returns form here.

Goods damaged in transit

In the event of a product being damaged on receipt it should be returned for our inspection immediately.

Before a replacement product or refund can be issued, the product must be returned for our inspection as the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Under no circumstances must a product be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged condition.

All postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for valid damage claims.

Returning for an exchange

Please provide details on your returns form of the item/size/colour you with to exchange for.

Exchanges will be re-dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your return.

If the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund the difference. If your exchange costs more than the one you have returned we will need to take an additional payment from you before we can send your exchange.

If an item is Faulty

If the item you received is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund if you return it to us within 30 days of receipt of item[s]. Please complete the Returns form outlining the fault[s] and include this with the item[s]. Sometimes this process may take longer than our normal timeframe but we endeavour to process all faulty returns as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed not to be faulty.

The Small Print

Item[s] must be returned in accordance with our terms & conditions below;

  • All items are in their original condition & any packaging complete with all labels & tags still attached
  • No scents (from perfume, aftershave or deodorant) or stains (make up etc.) are on any item[s]
  • All items are returned to us within the agreed timescale of either 28 or 14 days (dependent on purchase price) from receipt of goods
  • No return is allowed on any garments that we have altered or tailored upon your request in any way unless it is deemed faulty or not as described
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear & hosiery.
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method
  • If exchanging an item and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
  • Exchange items will be sent free of any delivery costs.

We reserve the right to not to refund an item[s] if our above terms & conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Cancelling an order

In accordance with the Distance Selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not dispatched your order we will cancel it. If you have received your order and would like to change an item or get a refund simply follow our returns instructions which can be found above.
